*Wanted* West Newbury Police Seek Tyngsborough Woman for Residential Burglary
WEST NEWBURY — Chief Art Reed reports that the West Newbury Police Department has secured an arrest warrant for a woman who allegedly burglarized a home back in May.
TAMARA MATHESON-REED, AGE 29, OF TYNGSBOROUGH is charged with:
- Breaking and Entering during the Daytime for a Felony
- Larceny over $250
- Receiving Stolen Property
West Newbury Police obtained a warrant for MATHESON-REED after a lengthy investigation into a burglary that occurred on May 2 on Middle Road.
“I would like to commend Officer Danielle Burrill and Sgt. Jeffrey Durand for their hard work and dedication to this case,” Chief Reed said. “Through their thorough police work, we were able to identify the suspect of this burglary and secure a warrant for her arrest.”
Chief Reed would also like to thank the police departments in Derry, N.H., Tyngsborough, Lowell and North Andover for their assistance with the two-month long investigation.
West Newbury Police remind residents to always lock the doors to their homes and vehicles. Police also advise that the community take pictures of all their valuables and keep their possessions in a secured location, especially when they are not home.
